David Swanson
Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
David Swanson is senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Business Objects, an SAP company. In this role, he is responsible for delivering human resources programs to the Business Objects line of business worldwide, partnering the with senior leadership team to drive line of business results. Swanson reports directly to Roddy Temperley, head of Human Resources for Customer Solutions and Operations, and by dotted line to John Schwarz, CEO of Business Objects and member of the Executive Board of SAP AG.
Swanson joined Business Objects in 2002 and previously led the Human Resources functions for Business Objects America.
Swanson holds a master's degree in counseling from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
