Keith Costello
Senior Vice President, Field Services
Keith Costello is senior vice president of Field Services for Business Objects, an SAP company. In this role, he is responsible for consulting and education revenue on a global basis. Costello reports to John Schwarz, CEO of Business Objects and member of the Executive Board of SAP AG, and Bernd-Michael Rumpf, global head of Field Services, SAP.
Previously, Costello spent four years as senior vice president of Consulting in the SAP Americas organization, where he formed and managed the National Competency Center (NCC), the CRM Consulting business unit, and the company's drive into the offshore and testing business areas. Costello has also led SAP Consulting groups focused on Global Accounts, Retail, Financial Services, and the Telecommunications industries.
Before joining SAP, Costello worked in the software industry for Oracle and Seibel, as well as in consulting for Price Waterhouse and Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
Costello holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
